Hermengildo Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, 贵州皇马俱乐部队's Wolf 武磊 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Teodor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 白洲夕 made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when 唐笑延 sent off a good shot on target. If Wolf 武磊 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolf 武磊, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by 广西玉林FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 邵桦远 was slow to take the kick. During this time 贵州皇马俱乐部队's players had a chance to rest. Hermengildo Teodor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wolf 武磊 to make the kick off. Hermengildo Teodor made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when 谢挺凌 sent off a good shot on target. If Wolf 武磊 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute.
