An unexpectedly hard shot by 李西文 in the 14th minute of play forced 贵阳观山湖联队's goalkeeper 胡天升 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Alfonso Sciarretta got a very nice opportunity to score, but 毛真洲 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Alfonso Sciarretta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 毛真洲 was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when 李西文 made the kick off in the second half. Alfonso Sciarretta might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 毛真洲. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 94th minute A.J. 张飞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 毛真洲 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
