A collision led to Bayer 04 Leverkusen getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Mustafa Arif Özer hit a great ball. Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Horácio Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Bayer 04 Leverkusen from getting a goal against them. The Bayer 04 Leverkusen fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Isandro Calvo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 김 좌 hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Christian Kjelsberg came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Isandro Calvo. But to his dismay, Isandro Calvo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Isandro Calvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Christian Kjelsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Liss booed when Bayer 04 Leverkusen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. 조 심 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Isandro Calvo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Christian Kjelsberg. 박 황 hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes of play, Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Isandro Calvo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Kjelsberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isandro Calvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Christian Kjelsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isandro Calvo in the 36th minute of play forced Liss's goalkeeper Christian Kjelsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isandro Calvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Kjelsberg having to interfere. When Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Isandro Calvo in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liss's goalie prevented a goal. Isandro Calvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Kjelsberg having to interfere. Bayer 04 Leverkusen's 박 황 got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Liss's 김 좌 got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isandro Calvo in the 43rd minute of play forced Liss's goalkeeper Christian Kjelsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 박 황 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Isandro Calvo made the kick off in the second half. Christian Kjelsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by 유 해 in the 51st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Liss's goalie and right to 김 지. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Liss's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a rather tough play, Liss's Ezequiel Indartsu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Isandro Calvo in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christian Kjelsberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 박 황 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Kjelsberg having to interfere. If Isandro Calvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isandro Calvo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Kjelsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isandro Calvo ran back to his position shaking his head. Liss's Christian Kjelsberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Liss from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Isandro Calvo put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Christian Kjelsberg. 71 minutes into the match, Bayer 04 Leverkusen's 박 황 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Kjelsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rdth minute of the game Isandro Calvo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liss's Christian Kjelsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Liss's goalkeeper Christian Kjelsberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isandro Calvo. When 김 좌 fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liss's protests and gave 김 좌 a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Liss got a freekick which was hit by 김 좌. In the 77th minute of the match 박 황 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Kjelsberg skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bayer 04 Leverkusen's zone, 김 안 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horácio Rossi came out of the goal and 김 안 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The attack was good, but when Isandro Calvo in the 85th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Isandro Calvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Christian Kjelsberg managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Isandro Calvo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Horácio Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 김 안, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Liss fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bayer 04 Leverkusen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
