Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Andy Petty struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Edgar Thiele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dundarrah. Matt Murphy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Edgar Thiele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Thiele made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Matt Murphy sent off a good shot on target. When Milang's Randall Tucknott in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dundarrah's goalie prevented a goal. Milang's Edgar Thiele proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Milang from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Milang's zone, Andy Petty stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Thiele came out of the goal and Andy Petty tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Brian Odonahoo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Phillip Mcjunkins was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 40th minute of the match, Matt Murphy got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgar Thiele was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andy Petty to make the kick off. Randall Tucknott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Phillip Mcjunkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matt Murphy scored 1-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Thiele, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antony Castray hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Dundarrah's goalkeeper Phillip Mcjunkins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Randall Tucknott. If Brian Odonahoo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Phillip Mcjunkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Odonahoo in the 66th minute of the match. Andy Petty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Thiele having to interfere. Milang's Edgar Thiele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matt Murphy in the 85th minute of play. When Randall Tucknott came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Milang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Randall Tucknott couldn't finish the play. Randall Tucknott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Mcjunkins having to interfere. If Randall Tucknott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
