Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Neville Boylin got the match started through his kick off. Bjorn Veitch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neville Boylin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barnabas Prince having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjorn Veitch in the 16th minute of play forced Tandara's goalkeeper Bevis Ritter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Tandara's Payton Pickhills got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Cundle's Rob Telfer made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bevis Ritter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rob Telfer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neville Boylin in the 25th minute of play forced Cundle's goalkeeper Barnabas Prince to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Cundle's goal looked a bit too open when Neville Boylin came free, but Barnabas Prince reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnabas Prince made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ethan Bowie in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Darren Butterfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Bjorn Veitch made a precise shot to the right of Bevis Ritter. Tandara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Rob Telfer might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bevis Ritter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rob Telfer ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Tandara's zone, Bjorn Veitch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bevis Ritter came out of the goal and Bjorn Veitch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Bevis Ritter managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Cundle's Rob Telfer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tandara's Bevis Ritter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bjorn Veitch in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bjorn Veitch in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bevis Ritter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes into the game, Cundle's Bjorn Veitch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bevis Ritter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Rob Telfer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bevis Ritter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Navarro Millar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cundle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tandara the free kick. Tandara's Bevis Ritter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Clarke in the 81st minute of play. Quade Oshea hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Bevis Ritter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bjorn Veitch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Navarro Millar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rob Telfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tandara getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Quade Oshea hit a great ball. Rob Telfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bevis Ritter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bjorn Veitch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bevis Ritter made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Rob Telfer sent off a good shot on target. Cundle's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
