Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Weymouth's Joshua Andrews got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the match, Western Sydney Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Browne Bowen came free, but Barnes Howie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnes Howie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Browne Bowen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedict Wenham struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Cullen Reiter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Western Sydney Wanderers. After a defensive mix-up in Western Sydney Wanderers's zone, Allen Newton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barnes Howie came out of the goal and Allen Newton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allen Newton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Browne Bowen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Allen Newton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weymouth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Allen Newton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barnes Howie having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Browne Bowen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weymouth's supporters rose to their feet, but Browne Bowen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barnes Howie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute Allen Newton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnes Howie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barnes Howie came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Weymouth's Allen Newton. But to his dismay, Allen Newton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Browne Bowen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnes Howie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Weymouth got a freekick which was hit by Allen Owens. In the 42nd minute of the match Irving Hollingworth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cullen Reiter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 44 minutes of play, Weymouth's Allen Newton made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barnes Howie was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Browne Bowen to strike the kick off in the second half. Barnes Howie made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Allen Newton sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Browne Bowen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Browne Bowen in the 64th minute of play forced Western Sydney Wanderers's goalkeeper Barnes Howie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnes Howie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Browne Bowen in the 66th minute of the match. Allen Newton came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barnes Howie could save by the left post. In the 72nd minute of the match Allen Owens shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barnes Howie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Brendon Curtis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Quade Phillips had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Weymouth's Darley Jobson in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Western Sydney Wanderers's goalie prevented a goal. 88 minutes into the match, Western Sydney Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Browne Bowen came free, but Barnes Howie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Weymouth's Cullen Reiter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quade Phillips in the 91st minute of play. Quade Phillips received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cullen Reiter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Browne Bowen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Weymouth left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Western Sydney Wanderers.
