Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Adamsfield Rovers's Sam Beverly started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Tulka's Brandon Askew sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Randell Durbridge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rodd Schulze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Iggi Lucas made a huge save. Tulka's Iggi Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Beverly in the 6th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Everett Haskell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iggi Lucas was a little too slow when Sam Beverly got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 24th minute, Sam Beverly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Tulka getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Angus Burton hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Tulka's goalkeeper Iggi Lucas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodd Schulze. In the 30th minute Sam Beverly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iggi Lucas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Brandon Askew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Randell Durbridge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everett Haskell in the 34th minute of the match. Sam Beverly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nichol Mckinley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tulka's Nichol Mckinley in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Adamsfield Rovers's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Alford Jobson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sam Beverly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Iggi Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cregan Sperling hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Iggi Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Beverly in the 65th minute of play. When Rodd Schulze came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Adamsfield Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodd Schulze couldn't finish the play. After 67 played minutes Tulka got a freekick which was hit by Everett Haskell. Iggi Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodd Schulze, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Iggi Lucas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Beverly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tulka's Everett Haskell got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Rodd Schulze made a precise shot to the right of Iggi Lucas. Tulka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 77 minutes into the match, Sam Beverly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iggi Lucas. Tulka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Beverly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Rodd Schulze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iggi Lucas having to interfere. Randell Durbridge made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Nichol Mckinley sent off a good shot on target. Sam Beverly struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Iggi Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adamsfield Rovers. Iggi Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Beverly in the 92nd minute of play. Tulka's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
