Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jarrett Schoenke made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Racing Meander F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kris Grieve. Racing Meander F.C.'s Arne Peterson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarrett Schoenke in the 5th minute of play. After 5 played minutes Racing Meander F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jaffery Playford. In the 6thth minute of the game Jarrett Schoenke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Meander F.C.'s Arne Peterson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Phenix Cridland came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Korbel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Phenix Cridland couldn't finish the play. Darren Pegrum took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brant Eastman. Brant Eastman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Mckinley in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brant Eastman saved Korbel from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Phenix Cridland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arne Peterson. That made the score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. Bryden Sugden struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Arne Peterson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korbel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarrett Schoenke in the 24th minute of play forced Racing Meander F.C.'s goalkeeper Arne Peterson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Racing Meander F.C.'s Arne Peterson got control of the ball when Phenix Cridland tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Korbel's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Mckinley came free, but Brant Eastman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Peterson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarrett Schoenke's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. If Jarrett Schoenke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Jarrett Schoenke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Peterson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kris Grieve's late challenge caught a Korbel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kris Grieve helped the player get up and apologised. Arne Peterson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarrett Schoenke in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Adolfo Mckinley made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Korbel's Jarrett Schoenke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Peterson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Arne Peterson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabastian Muller in the 58th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Phenix Cridland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arne Peterson was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Meander F.C.'s goalkeeper Arne Peterson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jarrett Schoenke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Phenix Cridland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phenix Cridland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Arne Peterson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Korbel's goalkeeper Brant Eastman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darren Pegrum. Phenix Cridland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Peterson having to interfere. Korbel's Jarrett Schoenke got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Meander F.C.'s zone, Phenix Cridland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Peterson came out of the goal and Phenix Cridland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88thth minute of the game Phenix Cridland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Meander F.C.'s Arne Peterson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that Korbel were the better team. Korbel's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
