Peter Heberle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Greenan in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ollie Kuskop during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LoganEst booed when Inverai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ollie Kuskop didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, Inverai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Fraser to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Samuel Locke put in a rough tackle. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for LoganEst! In the 29th match minute, Inverai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie Kuskop to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Long Mccarthy in the 32nd minute of play forced LoganEst's goalkeeper Peter Heberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bevis Mckinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Allen Grieve in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by LoganEst's Bevis Mckinnes. After 39 played minutes LoganEst got a freekick which was hit by Bevis Mckinnes. 40 minutes into the match, LoganEst's goal looked a bit too open when Long Mccarthy came free, but Peter Heberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allen Grieve got a throw-in 45 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ollie Kuskop. Arty Keato struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Antonia Fordham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LoganEst.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Long Mccarthy made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Inverai's zone, Arty Keato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonia Fordham came out of the goal and Arty Keato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, LoganEst's Peter Heberle got control of the ball when Henry Greenan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Inverai's zone, Ren Quelch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonia Fordham came out of the goal and Ren Quelch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LoganEst's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Long Mccarthy 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. 69 minutes into the match, Inverai's Henry Greenan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Heberle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. LoganEst's attentive Bevis Mckinnes managed to snatch the ball when Allen Grieve made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. Ren Quelch kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Burtt Minter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonia Fordham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birrell Feutrill in the 80th minute of the match. LoganEst's Bevis Mckinnes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Allen Grieve in the 84 minute of the game. Chants of Inverai echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as LoganEst had held the ball for most of the match.
