The crowd rose to their feet as Bjorn Carnduff kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ringo Beer. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Norman Nelson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ringo Beer having to interfere. Ringo Beer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norman Nelson in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the Ruthven defense, Barnabas Czaczka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henry Mcvicar. The Ruthven fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henry Mcvicar should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Barnabas Czaczka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Mcvicar was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Nilson Missen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ringo Beer having to interfere. The supporters of Ruthven booed when Biddon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brand Hess didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ringo Beer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilson Missen in the 25th minute of the match. Ruthven's Nilson Missen got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Nilson Missen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ringo Beer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Nilson Missen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brand Hess hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Iggi Hines from long distance, 36 minutes into the match, got Ringo Beer's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Ruthven booed when Biddon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brand Mclatchey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nilson Missen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norman Nelson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ringo Beer came out and tried to block the shot, but Norman Nelson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 48th minute.
The wind increased when Nilson Missen made the kick off in the second half. Norman Nelson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ringo Beer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Crawford Andrusiow came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Biddon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Crawford Andrusiow couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ruthven's Bjorn Carnduff got a free kick in the 60th minute. Ringo Beer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilson Missen in the 64th minute of play. Crawford Andrusiow got in the 68th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Henry Mcvicar handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Norman Nelson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruthven's Nilson Missen got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henry Mcvicar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Crawford Andrusiow, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Barnabas Czaczka lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Henry Mcvicar. In the 83rd match minute, Biddon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brand Mclatchey to maneuver through the defense. Nilson Missen's late challenge caught a Biddon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilson Missen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Biddon booed when Ruthven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilson Missen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Biddon's goalkeeper Ringo Beer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Norman Nelson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruthven's supporters rose to their feet, but Norman Nelson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ringo Beer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ringo Beer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilson Missen in the 99th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
