Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bryanne Sugden kicked off to start the match. Benson Andrews's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andy Rafferty read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Andy Rafferty was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Larry Anders capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Larry Anders really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Tantanoola's Bryanne Sugden got a free kick in the 18th minute. Raleigh Bowie kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Bryanne Sugden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Larry Anders received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Andy Rafferty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Bullarto's Benson Andrews slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andy Rafferty. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Larry Anders to make the kick off. Berny Lyle's late challenge caught a Tantanoola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berny Lyle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Bullarto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berny Lyle to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, David Gilding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Benson Andrews came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Bullarto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benson Andrews couldn't finish the play. Payton Soekirno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Reisz having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Bullarto's Barry Reiter got a free kick in the 79th minute. Tantanoola's Bryanne Sugden got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute Bryanne Sugden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Reisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bullarto's zone, Bryanne Sugden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Reisz came out of the goal and Bryanne Sugden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bullarto's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
