Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arty Lonergan kicked off to start the match. Rusty Kerville recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rusty Kerville scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Russ Leach, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute, Everitt Bacon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes Relaxmore FC got a freekick which was hit by Crawford Waller. A collision led to Aldinga getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Clay Pfingst hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everitt Bacon in the 25th minute of play forced Aldinga's goalkeeper Russ Leach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rusty Kerville came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Russ Leach could save by the left post. Darin Minter hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Relaxmore FC's Roland Mcjenkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arty Lonergan in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arty Lonergan in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Mcjenkins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rusty Kerville to make the kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Relaxmore FC's Allen King tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rusty Kerville received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Russ Leach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Relaxmore FC's Rusty Kerville sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Russ Leach narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roland Brennan charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roland Brennan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, Aldinga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Brennan to maneuver through the defense. If Allen King had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rusty Kerville in the 67th minute of play forced Aldinga's goalkeeper Russ Leach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arty Lonergan in the 69th minute of play forced Relaxmore FC's goalkeeper Roland Mcjenkins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldinga's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michael Mitchell in the 71st minute. A nice corner shot did that Arty Lonergan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roland Mcjenkins quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 73rd match minute, Relaxmore FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Hollingworth to maneuver through the defense. Roland Mcjenkins acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Darin Minter. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Allen King during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Allen King hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rusty Kerville sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Rusty Kerville got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Everitt Bacon sped through Aldinga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Russ Leach. When the referee ended the match the Relaxmore FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
