Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bo Smee took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Westmead's zone, Berke Watts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Dollymore came out of the goal and Berke Watts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 7 minutes, Darren Bacon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westmead and the Ridgelands players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Westmead's Darren Bacon got a free kick in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ralph Mills in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Dollymore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, Westmead's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph Mills came free, but Samuel Dollymore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Keam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Dollymore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Rolando Keam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ridgelands's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Keam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Dollymore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Westmead's goalkeeper Samuel Dollymore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. John Arkinstall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Bo Smee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Westmead's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Smee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ralph Mills made a kick off. Rolando Keam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Samuel Dollymore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abbott Waterland kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Samuel Dollymore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Keam in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Westmead getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zack Brooks hit a great ball. Westmead's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Ralph Mills scored to the left of an out of position Samuel Dollymore, making the score, 0-1. After having played for 74 minutes, Brown Millar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Westmead's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brown Millar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo Smee in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Arkinstall saved Ridgelands from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, Ridgelands's goal looked a bit too open when Brown Millar came free, but John Arkinstall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Ridgelands's goal looked a bit too open when Brown Millar came free, but John Arkinstall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brown Millar in the 84th minute of play forced Ridgelands's goalkeeper John Arkinstall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Arkinstall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Smee, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the game, Westmead's Bo Smee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John Arkinstall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Westmead players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
