Longley's Marco Mudie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Flisfeder in the 21st minute of play. Marco Mudie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Hursey in the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Longley's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Hursey came free, but Marco Mudie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Payton Samuels's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jared Porteus was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 46th minute Ian Flisfeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Mudie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Payton Samuels to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Johanz FC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Ogle.
