Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Sperling in the 3rd minute of play forced Collingwood's goalkeeper Berke Curtis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute, Bill Bacon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Alfred Schenck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Berke Curtis was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Berke Curtis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Schenck, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Berke Sobezak sped through Collinsville's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Berke Hess. In the 23rd minute Matthew Sperling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berke Curtis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Alfred Schenck notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Collingwood's Berke Curtis. Berke Curtis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Berke Curtis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Schenck, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berke Sobezak in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berke Hess saved Collinsville from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Collinsville's Dugald Warren got a free kick in the 39th minute. Berke Curtis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Schenck, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Berke Curtis came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Collinsville's Ringo Stafford. But to his dismay, Ringo Stafford quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ringo Stafford during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Collinsville getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ringo Stafford hit a great ball. With a little luck, Collingwood's Berke Curtis got control of the ball when Matthew Sperling tried to sneak it across the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Collingwood's goal looked a bit too open when Ringo Stafford came free, but Berke Curtis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Schenck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berke Curtis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 79th minute, Berke Sobezak made a precise shot to the right of Berke Hess. Collinsville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Berke Curtis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dugald Warren in the 86th minute. Collingwood's Berke Curtis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Collingwood from getting a goal against them. Collinsville played a much better game than Collingwood and deserved their victory. The Collingwood players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
