After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Bill Norden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warmur's supporters rose to their feet, but Bill Norden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darian Lorenz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Berringa's Amos Park ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Burt Stageman. Bill Norden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darian Lorenz having to interfere. Milton Mcjunkin charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milton Mcjunkin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Berringa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Mcjunkin to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the game, Iggy Shearn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Darian Lorenz had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Edwardo Castner's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Martyon Norton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Burt Stageman was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. If Martyon Norton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
