Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Archie Fulton started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Bert Mcmurchie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damon Turnor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bert Mcmurchie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Humphry Rishton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humphry Rishton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ace Norton having to interfere. Humphry Rishton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ace Norton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Churchill was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Drake Glover to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Bert Mcmurchie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damon Turnor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Raymond Petersen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Martyon Mcmurchie came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Churchill fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martyon Mcmurchie couldn't finish the play. If Bert Mcmurchie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Archie Fulton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irwin Telfer kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bert Mcmurchie to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Humphry Rishton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ace Norton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 57th minute, Brannan Fazey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boya's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Martyon Mcmurchie scored to the left of an out of position Damon Turnor, making the score, 1-2. Boya's Humphry Rishton got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes in the game, Martyon Mcmurchie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Damon Turnor having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Archie Fulton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ace Norton was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Humphry Rishton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ace Norton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damon Turnor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bert Mcmurchie, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 84 played minutes Boya got a freekick which was hit by Raymond Petersen. In the 86th minute, Humphry Rishton made a precise shot to the right of Ace Norton. Churchill's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Humphry Rishton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boya's supporters rose to their feet, but Humphry Rishton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ace Norton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the game, Tobie Mosley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Churchill's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boya the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Tobie Mosley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boya's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niles Barugh in the 96th minute. After taking down the ball on Boya's corner Niles Barugh fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ace Norton quite easily take care of the ball.
