Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Matthias Wilson got the match started through his kick off. Alvin Wright kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Humphry Rishton made a precise shot to the right of Battle Glover. adelaide fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 14th minute of the match Jonty Colling shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damon Turnor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Humphry Rishton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battle Glover having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Archie Fulton in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Battle Glover prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Humphry Rishton might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Battle Glover. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humphry Rishton ran back to his position shaking his head. Damon Turnor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Wilson in the 25th minute of play. Humphry Rishton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battle Glover having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthias Wilson in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damon Turnor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the game, adelaide fc's Bill Hoskin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damon Turnor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Bill Hoskin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boya's Damon Turnor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Hoskin in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boya's Brannan Fazey got a free kick in the 39th minute. Archie Fulton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute Bill Hoskin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damon Turnor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Archie Fulton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bill Hoskin might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damon Turnor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bill Hoskin ran back to his position shaking his head. Jerrard Christini kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Archie Fulton kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Boya's Damon Turnor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Wilson in the 68th minute of play. When Bill Hoskin came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the adelaide fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bill Hoskin couldn't finish the play. Humphry Rishton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. adelaide fc's Bill Hoskin got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bill Hoskin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damon Turnor having to interfere. Battle Glover made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humphry Rishton in the 93rd minute of play. Boya's Archie Fulton got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The adelaide fc players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Boya from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
