Jasmine Phasey took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dakota Morey. Dakota Morey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 18th minute, Jasmine Phasey made a precise shot to the right of Dakota Morey. West Coast Slammers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Waroula booed when West Coast Slammers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neal Chant didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Eden Stafford sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dakota Morey skillfully saved the ball. When Bryan Fallen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. The audience was convinced that Danton Cordrey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dakota Morey was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 36 minutes into the match, Jasmine Phasey notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of West Coast Slammers's Dakota Morey. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jasmine Phasey made a kick off. Danton Cordrey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dakota Morey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Neal Chant during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Neal Chant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to West Coast Slammers getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Carman Gray hit a great ball. Dakota Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jasmine Phasey, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Danton Cordrey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Waroula's protests and gave Danton Cordrey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Danton Cordrey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dakota Morey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danton Cordrey in the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Jasmine Phasey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Waroula's supporters rose to their feet, but Jasmine Phasey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dakota Morey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 88 minutes into the game, Braedan Sylvester was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. West Coast Slammers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Waroula the free kick. The West Coast Slammers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Waroula were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
