Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Billy Boston made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, JK Tammeka's Larry Tinsley got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Benjy Forrest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Boston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Myles Nolan's late challenge caught a JK Tammeka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Myles Nolan helped the player get up and apologised. Myles Nolan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Benjy Forrest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart Will in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Will in the 16th minute of play forced JK Tammeka's goalkeeper Benjy Forrest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Arty Staworowski fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lidsdale's protests and gave Arty Staworowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Arty Staworowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stew Newham, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Larry Tinsley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billy Boston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in JK Tammeka's zone, Bart Will stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjy Forrest came out of the goal and Bart Will tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, JK Tammeka's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Boston came free, but Benjy Forrest reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Lidsdale's Bart Will made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjy Forrest was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benjy Forrest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Boston, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Neale Carlisle stood somewhat misplaced when Connor Orvad came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 41 minute. If Bart Will had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billy Boston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Benjy Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brendan Deal hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Connor Orvad made a kick off. Rodd Pickhills took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Neale Carlisle. Lidsdale's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Billy Boston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Benjy Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd play minute Bart Will came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benjy Forrest. 1-3. Billy Boston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in JK Tammeka's zone, Bart Will stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjy Forrest came out of the goal and Bart Will tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Boston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjy Forrest having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in JK Tammeka's zone, Billy Boston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjy Forrest came out of the goal and Billy Boston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bart Will received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute.
