A collision led to Taz´s soccer team getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Olavo Freitas hit a great ball. In the 6th match minute, Pensioners 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berry Pickhills to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lance Fitzsimmons in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davey Curtis saved Pensioners 2.0 from getting behind. After having played for 9 minutes, Antonia Fessey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pensioners 2.0's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonia Fessey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Darley Woods had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Taz´s soccer team's goal looked a bit too open when Quincy Fitzsimmons came free, but Álvaro Montero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrew Norden hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Davey Curtis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cem Alyakut, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Lorimer Owens took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davey Curtis. Davey Curtis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 27th minute of the match, Darley Woods got a very nice opportunity to score, but Álvaro Montero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pensioners 2.0's goalkeeper Davey Curtis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andrew Norden kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Lance Fitzsimmons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davey Curtis having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Lance Fitzsimmons had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davey Curtis. Pensioners 2.0's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lance Fitzsimmons was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Quincy Fitzsimmons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Lance Fitzsimmons made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pensioners 2.0 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Andrew Norden hit a great ball. After 62 minutes, Berry Pickhills mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pensioners 2.0 and the Taz´s soccer team players grew even worse after the yellow card. Davey Curtis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lance Fitzsimmons's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Taz´s soccer team's goal looked a bit too open when Antonia Fessey came free, but Álvaro Montero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Andrew Norden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cem Alyakut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Davey Curtis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Darley Woods made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Montero. Taz´s soccer team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Olavo Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taz´s soccer team's supporters rose to their feet, but Olavo Freitas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davey Curtis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mack Giddey kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Davey Curtis had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Lance Fitzsimmons from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Fitzsimmons in the 86th minute of play forced Pensioners 2.0's goalkeeper Davey Curtis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Taz´s soccer team's goal looked a bit too open when Quincy Fitzsimmons came free, but Álvaro Montero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
