Alford Yard kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the PEPE United defense, Berke Sugden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filomeno Jerico. The PEPE United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Jerico should have stopped the shot. Alford Yard struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Dino Zoff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PEPE United. Quincy Dobson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Dino Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Alford Yard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Alford Yard sped through Grandchester FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dino Zoff. Filomeno Jerico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradley Goodbun in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradley Goodbun in the 35th minute of play forced PEPE United's goalkeeper Filomeno Jerico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alford Yard got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 41st minute, Alford Yard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berke Sugden to make the kick off. Filomeno Jerico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berke Sugden in the 53rd minute. The excitement rose when PEPE United's Quincy Dobson after 67 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Grandchester FC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-1. Grandchester FC's Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quincy Dobson in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes in the game Duffield Haslett did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Berke Sugden. Bradley Goodbun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Filomeno Jerico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
