Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Brooks Coote started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Brandon Peplow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmonds Turner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Adolph Orvad struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Stew Lovis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doolbi. Stew Lovis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brooks Coote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Rockwell's Stew Lovis got control of the ball when Adolph Orvad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adolph Orvads short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Stew Lovis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Doolbi's Brooker Peplow pulled a muscle in his leg after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Brandon Peplow fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rockwell's protests and gave Brandon Peplow a yellow card for diving instead. Brandon Peplow hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Dwight Barling had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stew Lovis. Rockwell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dwight Barling was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 26th match minute, Doolbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Oreilly to maneuver through the defense. Doolbi's Edmonds Turner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danton Awage in the 27th minute of play. Brooks Coote sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dwight Barling was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. The referee gave Rockwell a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rusty Shearn, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Doolbi's Edmonds Turner. 1-2. Brandon Peplow scored 1-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmonds Turner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, Danton Awage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmonds Turner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Doolbi's Edmonds Turner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacosta Mcgaw in the 45th minute of play. Adolph Orvad scored 2-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stew Lovis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danton Awage to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Doolbi! When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Rockwell's Rusty Shearn got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Edmonds Turner. Jeremy Moon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stew Lovis having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Rockwell's Danton Awage dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6. 74 minutes into the game, Brent Lonergan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edmonds Turner. Brent Lonergan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. Edmonds Turner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brent Lonergan in the 81st minute. If Brooks Coote had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Doolbi's Edmonds Turner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danton Awage in the 92nd minute of play. If Adolph Orvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolph Orvad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
