Eavan Deal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Landsborough's Herbert Haberle got a free kick in the 6th minute. Berry Brady stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murphy Kuskopf's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute Murphy Kuskopf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berry Brady saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Brown Black managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Landsborough's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brown Black was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Matthews Block had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Clovass's Murphy Kuskopf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berry Brady narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ray Calver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Murphy Kuskopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Calver in the 24th minute of play forced Clovass's goalkeeper Eavan Deal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Clovass getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Downing Millgate hit a great ball. The supporters of Clovass booed when Landsborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reese Ogle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murphy Kuskopf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Berry Brady tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Landsborough got a freekick which was hit by Jemmett Diefenbach. 44 minutes into the game, Landsborough's Brown Black nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eavan Deal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 48th match minute, Landsborough was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Haberle to maneuver through the defense. Matthews Block received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Berry Brady tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Ray Calver made the kick off in the second half. Jemmett Diefenbach struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Eavan Deal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Landsborough. Matthews Block recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Clovass's Matthews Block nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Berry Brady made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Brown Black fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eavan Deal having to interfere. With a little luck, Clovass's Eavan Deal got control of the ball when Brown Black tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Justin Sylvester fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landsborough's protests and gave Justin Sylvester a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Landsborough's Justin Sylvester got a free kick in the 89th minute. Herbert Haberle hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
