When Jajat Handoyo came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Blaxland FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jajat Handoyo couldn't finish the play. With his leg Murdock Crane managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Blaxland FC's Jajat Handoyo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nikitas Karelas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brooker Teuma, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jajat Handoyo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Murdock Crane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blaxland FC. Jajat Handoyo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Murdock Crane when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Southgate's Murdock Crane got control of the ball when Jajat Handoyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Blaxland FC's Jajat Handoyo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murdock Crane was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernie Aroege kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Jajat Handoyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Southgate's zone, Jajat Handoyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murdock Crane came out of the goal and Jajat Handoyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bart Toth's late challenge caught a Southgate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bart Toth helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Blaxland FC got a freekick which was hit by Bart Toth. Murdock Crane didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Blaxland FC's Jajat Handoyo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Bart Toth was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 53rd minute, Bart Toth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eddy Ceney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikitas Karelas having to interfere. Jajat Handoyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brooker Teuma charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brooker Teuma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Brooker Teuma hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Fred Nyhuus kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Jajat Handoyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jajat Handoyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Murdock Crane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Jajat Handoyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blaxland FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jajat Handoyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Fred Nyhuus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Murdock Crane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fred Nyhuus hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Blaxland FC's Quincy Howard was substituted for Cassidy Hollingworth. A collision led to Blaxland FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Nilson Lenard hit a great ball. The supporters of Southgate booed when Blaxland FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davey Isaac didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Southgate's Bran Locke got a free kick in the 96th minute. Blaxland FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
