In the 21st match minute, Tresco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ren Busst to maneuver through the defense. In the 24thth minute of the game Edison Deeth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Cone's Bruce Wakefield was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bryden Kiel hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Edison Deeth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Alvin Keato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Cone's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvin Keato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Max Freeman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edison Deeth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Wojciech Czeszejko sped through Team Cone's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruce Wakefield. After 45 minutes, Bryson Willding mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tresco and the Team Cone players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bennett Warhurst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tresco booed when Team Cone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irving Goodwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute Wojciech Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruce Wakefield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edison Deeth got free with Bruce Wakefield in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Team Cone's Bruce Wakefield proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Team Cone from getting a goal against them. With his leg Bruce Wakefield managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Tresco's Edison Deeth fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 87 minutes into the game, Wojciech Czeszejko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Bruce Wakefield was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute, Wojciech Czeszejko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruce Wakefield was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Czeszejko in the 97th minute of play forced Team Cone's goalkeeper Bruce Wakefield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tresco's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
