In the 10th minute, Hector Covarrubias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inguma Madama was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jaime Pardo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Inguma Madama firmly grabbed it by the left post. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Veremundo Ascarretazabal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jose Sanz, made in the 15th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Inguma Madama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Pardo. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Venceslao Mayllar got a free kick in the 18th minute. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inguma Madama having to interfere. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Inguma Madama made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Jaime Pardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inguma Madama was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Inguma Madama proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan from getting a goal against them. Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Inguma Madama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Covarrubias. When Primitivo Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Escribano couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Inguma Madama. That made the score 4-0 after 38 minutes of play. Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Primitivo Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Sanz made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hector Covarrubias immediately put the ball in play. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Inguma Madama didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Inguma Madama made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Jaime Pardo sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Venceslao Mayllar to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Venceslao Mayllar got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Inguma Madama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 54th minute of play. 5-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Jaime Pardo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Veremundo Ascarretazabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inguma Madama came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Pardo took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inguma Madama. Inguma Madama dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After 67 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Jose Sanz. The audience was convinced that Jaime Pardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inguma Madama was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inguma Madama made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Inguma Madama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Inguma Madama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 77th minute of play. Inguma Madama stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Inguma Madama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 79th minute of the match. When Paraguay's Jaime Pardo in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inguma Madama. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Pardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 87 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inguma Madama made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Veremundo Ascarretazabal hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Inguma Madama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Inguma Madama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inguma Madama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paraguay had played much better football throughout.
