Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marek Patráš took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Bodovce FK booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 6th minute of play forced Bodovce FK's goalkeeper Ivan Fogaš to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Fogaš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 8th minute of play. Bodovce FK's Ladislav Rottmaier got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marek Patráš's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Bodovce FK's Ladislav Rottmaier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ladislav Rottmaier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marek Patráš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Čermeľ's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Čermeľ helped the player get up and apologised. Erik Čermeľ hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Marek Patráš notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 43 minutes, Ladislav Rottmaier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bodovce FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislav Rottmaier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marek Patráš fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ivan Fogaš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 50th minute of play. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Marián Fabula scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 0-3. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Fogaš having to interfere. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Bodovce FK's Marek Patráš. But to his dismay, Marek Patráš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Fogaš narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Marek Patráš came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Bodovce FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Patráš couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Fogaš. Ivan Fogaš dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4.
