Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Hieronim Walczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hieronim Walczyk to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Otrocz's goalkeeper Szczepan Winszman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Fernandino. Hieronim Walczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karol Ciszewski during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ignacy Klewinski charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ignacy Klewinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Hieronim Walczyk came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Otrocz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hieronim Walczyk couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Alfonso de la Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bolivia players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
