Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Lorien Tros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Lorien Tros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorien Tros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 21st minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 25 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lorien Tros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Utoh Bachdim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lorien Tros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorien Tros having to interfere. Håkan Molin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Utoh Bachdim took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. Lorien Tros came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 48 played minutes A.S.Saint Ethiene got a freekick which was hit by Renato Aguiar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Utoh Bachdim was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lorien Tros, 1-4. In the 58th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorien Tros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorien Tros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 70th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorien Tros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to A.S.Saint Ethiene getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Renato Aguiar hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it.
