Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Heyckendorf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lutz Golke in the 5th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Heyckendorf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Heyckendorf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lutz Golke in the 13th minute of the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Ahrem, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 23rd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Heyckendorf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Heyckendorf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Ahrem in the 30th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Mansilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Lutz Golke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academica Pulheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Lutz Golke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Chile's Francisco Carballar got a free kick in the 51st minute. Lutz Golke succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 51st playminute. 54 minutes into the game, Kurt Ahrem recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego. Kurt Ahrem showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Paul Heyckendorf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lutz Golke scored 1-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Academica Pulheim's Roberto Seppmann was substituted for Reinhard Baum. Academica Pulheim made a substitution. Zbigniew Setara replaced Kurt Ahrem. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Heyckendorf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 77 minutes, Maxime Vrints made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Chile's Thiago Pliego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Paul Heyckendorf came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Paul Heyckendorf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paul Heyckendorf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Maxime Vrints dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 2-5. The Academica Pulheim players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
