Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andrei Alexandrescu made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Acatar's goalkeeper Diamantino Lobo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Alexandrescu in the 4th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Figueroa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ioan Hârlab got free with Thiago Pliego in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, FC Acatar's Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andrei Alexandrescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to FC Acatar getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Silvio Navia hit a great ball. Diamantino Lobo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Diamantino Lobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 15th minute of play. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Alexandrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Felix Garrido hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Lobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Alexandrescu came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diamantino Lobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioan Hârlab in the 37th minute of play. Diamantino Lobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of the match. Chile were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after FC Acatar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. After 43 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diamantino Lobo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andrei Alexandrescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. After the first half Chile were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute Andrei Alexandrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Diamantino Lobo made a huge save. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diamantino Lobo made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Diamantino Lobo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 76th minute of play forced FC Acatar's goalkeeper Diamantino Lobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diamantino Lobo having to make a save. Alexandru Mercescu's late challenge caught a Chile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandru Mercescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, FC Acatar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandru Mercescu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Andrei Alexandrescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Andrei Alexandrescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, FC Acatar's goalkeeper Diamantino Lobo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 93 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Lobo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.
