Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Michael Fridlund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Michael Fridlund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
