With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Fridlund in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Ulrik Granqvist made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Fridlund in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Vissefjärda IF's Gunnar Svanberg got a free kick in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Fridlund in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michael Fridlund made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Fridlund in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Stark in the 59th minute of play. In the 68th play minute Michael Fridlund came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 0-6. Vissefjärda IF's Ulrik Granqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 72nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nick Stark. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ulrik Granqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 76th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walery Teofila in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan-Olof Smedfeldt during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 83 played minutes Vissefjärda IF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Smedfeldt. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ulrik Granqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Vissefjärda IF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Smedfeldt. Ulrik Granqvist came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. 94 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Fridlund came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Fridlund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Michael Fridlund sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant.
