Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Parfrente FC's Dieter Muller started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th match minute, Parfrente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Larrañaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reginaldo Meireles in the 11th minute of play. Apolo Larrañaga came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Parfrente FC's Juvenal Barreto. But to his dismay, Juvenal Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Juvenal Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Apolo Larrañaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Dieter Muller sped through Talcampeón FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Apolo Larrañaga. Apolo Larrañaga came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Parfrente FC's Juvenal Barreto. But to his dismay, Juvenal Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 46 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Montenegro came free, but Apolo Larrañaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto Cross to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Dieter Muller fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 56 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Meireles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Apolo Larrañaga. Reginaldo Meireles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Parfrente FC's Reginaldo Meireles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Apolo Larrañaga. That made the score 0-7 after 59 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Vilches in the 65th minute of play forced Parfrente FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Mauro Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apolo Larrañaga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. If Juvenal Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juvenal Barreto struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Apolo Larrañaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parfrente FC. In the 84th match minute, Parfrente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Barreto to maneuver through the defense. When Dieter Muller came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Parfrente FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dieter Muller couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Talcampeón FC's Apolo Larrañaga got control of the ball when Juvenal Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line.
