Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kauan Carioca in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Olof Ahlroht prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Parfrente FC booed when AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Collin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kauan Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Bror Skoog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Olof Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dieter Muller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Parfrente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Dieter Muller took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Olof Ahlroht. Sven-Olof Ahlroht dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, AIF's Gunnar Klemensson got a free kick in the 31st minute. A collision led to AIF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gunnar Klemensson hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the game, Mauro Montenegro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parfrente FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AIF the free kick. Mauro Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Sven-Olof Ahlroht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo do Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mauro Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Olof Ahlroht having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, AIF's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Ahlroht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo do Valle. Sven-Olof Ahlroht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Carioca in the 57th minute of the match. Ronaldo do Valle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Ahlroht made a huge save. With a little luck, AIF's Sven-Olof Ahlroht got control of the ball when Dieter Muller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Olof Ahlroht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Montenegro in the 65th minute of play. If Ronaldo do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. In the 73rd minute of the match, Ronaldo do Valle got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sven-Olof Ahlroht was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sven-Olof Ahlroht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Carioca in the 96th minute of play. Parfrente FC played a much better game than AIF and deserved their victory. The AIF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
