When Iravata Chavan fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parfrente FC's protests and gave Iravata Chavan a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Gerardo Oriche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Halcones Azules's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Oriche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 24 minutes of play, Parfrente FC's Dieter Muller made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Oskar Odén was left in no man's land by his defense there! Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Halcones Azules from getting a goal against them. Haroldo Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Oriche in the 28th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Oriche in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Chaves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Parfrente FC's zone, Fausto Salvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Chaves came out of the goal and Fausto Salvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén got control of the ball when Dieter Muller tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Dieter Muller recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karl-Oskar Odén. Dieter Muller showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Naelio in the 35th minute of play forced Parfrente FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Oskar Odén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauan Carioca, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Kauan Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Parfrente FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauan Carioca couldn't finish the play. Parfrente FC's Dieter Muller was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Carioca in the 45th minute of play forced Halcones Azules's goalkeeper Karl-Oskar Odén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Furtado charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Furtado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Halcones Azules was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Furtado to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kauan Carioca to make the kick off. Tadeo Eleder replaced Wilfredo Naelio. After a rather tough play, Parfrente FC's Tonhão Palmeira got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Gerardo Oriche fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Parfrente FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Halcones Azules for a fine match.
