The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ronny Sele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antti Furuholm charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antti Furuholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 minutes, Aarre Lajunen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palloketut and the ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Aarre Lajunen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Ernst Cakir put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Seppo Palsola. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Urmas Vuorinen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Palloketut's Urmas Vuorinen suffered a sore thigh after 51 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 51 minutes into the game, Daniel Jopek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palloketut the free kick. Palloketut's Antti Furuholm managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pio Erne in the 77 minute of the game. Seppo Palsola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Cakir, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute of the game Mike Oehri made a throw-in which Bernd Heid played forward. 82 minutes into the game, Ernst Cakir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Seppo Palsola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Ernst Cakir sped through Palloketut's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Seppo Palsola. Seppo Palsola came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Ernst Cakir. But to his dismay, Ernst Cakir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. After a rather tough play, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Bernd Heid got a free kick in the 94th minute. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
