Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rene Artal kicked off to start the match. Marcus Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Amado Cordeara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Valdir Neves in the 10th minute really tested Florencio Innocenzio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Marcus Diniz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Campana Gitanes Club's Florencio Innocenzio. Florencio Innocenzio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florencio Innocenzio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rene Artal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Marcus Diniz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Innocenzio. Campana Gitanes Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcus Diniz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Diniz got free with Florencio Innocenzio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florencio Innocenzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Diniz in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Diniz in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florencio Innocenzio saved Campana Gitanes Club from getting behind. In the 33rdth minute of the game Marcus Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Campana Gitanes Club's Florencio Innocenzio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 played minutes Campana Gitanes Club got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Ibon. Valdir Neves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florencio Innocenzio. Campana Gitanes Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcus Diniz scored 5-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florencio Innocenzio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dênis Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Florencio Innocenzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Florencio Innocenzio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Peres in the 41st minute of play forced Campana Gitanes Club's goalkeeper Florencio Innocenzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Diniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Umberto Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Diniz in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florencio Innocenzio saved Campana Gitanes Club from getting behind. Florencio Innocenzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes, Rene Artal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campana Gitanes Club and the Goiás Esporte Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Goiás Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcus Diniz took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florencio Innocenzio. Florencio Innocenzio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After 75 minutes of play, Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florencio Innocenzio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Innocenzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The corner led Goiás Esporte Clube's Valdir Neves to fire away a dangerous shot which Florencio Innocenzio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Florencio Innocenzio came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz. But to his dismay, Marcus Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Dênis Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Innocenzio having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Diniz in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florencio Innocenzio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Goiás Esporte Clube were the better team. Goiás Esporte Clube's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
