The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Cordeiro got free with Rene Naldo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the game, Gerard Way recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Naldo. Gerard Way showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Arturo Cordeiros short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Rene Naldo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Noqueces FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Desiderio Beltza hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Noqueces FC's Ambrosio Guillem got a free kick in the 24th minute. Erasmo Oskarbi charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Oskarbi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 68 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Juan Bittor. Noqueces FC's Rene Naldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard Way in the 73rd minute of play.
