When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Benigno Ricart put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lino Ciano. In the 23rd minute, Lucas Reyes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Candela FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Gombal in the 27th minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Pablo Erasto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Reyes, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidro Sasoin made a kick off. La Candela FC's Alejo Arnas was substituted for Martin Oinatz. During the 65th minute of the match Leandro Cordaro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leandro Cordaro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Leandro Cordaro got a free kick in the 65th minute. Benigno Ricart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Candela FC had played much better football throughout.
