Zxavian Valcarcel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Júlio Melendez's late challenge caught a AJ Juventus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Júlio Melendez helped the player get up and apologised. Júlio Melendez hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Dayam Carces received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pablo Erasto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zxavian Valcarcel made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Angel Taurino sent off a good shot on target. Zxavian Valcarcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Reyes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, AJ Juventus FC's goalkeeper Zxavian Valcarcel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Ricart. Angel Taurino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Zxavian Valcarcel made a huge save. Romano Ocaña kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Lucas Reyes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Ricart in the 36th minute of play forced AJ Juventus FC's goalkeeper Zxavian Valcarcel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Oalo charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Erasto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 55th match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Salinas to maneuver through the defense.
