Rohan Watson scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Greid Tinsmith, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Greid Tinsmith reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Koby Wright left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Greid Tinsmith reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jax Williamson made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ronaldo Cristi sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd match minute, Doffes Damer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pier Kopacz to maneuver through the defense. Greid Tinsmith made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Koby Wright made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 51st minute of play forced Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Greid Tinsmith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Cristi in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jax Williamson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Koby Wright received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Greid Tinsmith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thiago Alcântara hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Canada booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Knut Utfal charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
