Alvaro Sforza took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Angelo Donati's late challenge caught a Bolivia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Donati helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Angelo Donati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the game, Alvaro Sforza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Sforza in the 11th minute of the match. Alvaro Sforza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Freixa having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Alvaro Sforza put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Roma's Alvaro Sforza. But to his dismay, Alvaro Sforza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Javier Della Francesca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Alvaro Sforza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Alvaro Sforza came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the AC Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Sforza couldn't finish the play. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Sforza went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Luiz Paulo Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. AC Roma's Alvaro Sforza got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Alvaro Sforza put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Camilo Freixa. In the 41st minute Javier Della Francesca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joshua Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Alvaro Sforza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Fernandino made a kick off. Bolivia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Alvaro Sforza scored to the left of an out of position Camilo Freixa, making the score, 0-9. Alessio Odisio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62ndth minute of the game Alvaro Sforza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of AC Roma booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67th play minutes Alvaro Sforza shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Camilo Freixa and just under the crossbar into goal. Alvaro Sforza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Camilo Freixa came out and tried to block the shot, but Alvaro Sforza slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 73rd minute. Mario Fernandino charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Fernandino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AC Roma booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Javier Della Francesca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. When Alvaro Sforza came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the AC Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Sforza couldn't finish the play. Bolivia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Javier Della Francesca 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-12. In the 89th minute, one of Bolivia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bolivia. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Sforza in the 96th minute of play.
