In the 39th minute, Jens-Erik Stephansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Altino Lameirinhas in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. A collision led to Undertakers FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Tobias Mølgaard hit a great ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Altino Lameirinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Undertakers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Altino Lameirinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Pardo to make the kick off. Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bendt Birkemark in the 52 minute of the game. After having played for 56 minutes, Jens-Erik Stephansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Undertakers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Erik Stephansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Raul Venegas. In the 61stth minute of the game Altino Lameirinhas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Altino Lameirinhas in the 64th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Undertakers FC got a freekick which was hit by Balder Skjoldahl. The audience was convinced that Altino Lameirinhas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When Jens-Erik Stephansson came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Undertakers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Erik Stephansson couldn't finish the play.
