Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Neymar, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Wynant having to make a save. The M.⑪.M. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
