Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Järvenperä made the kick off which started today's match. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Järvenperä in the 3rd minute. Cosme Francesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Hortêncio Godoi fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MDQ Raptors FC's protests and gave Hortêncio Godoi a yellow card for diving instead. Cosme Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. When Hermengildo Ursino came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the MDQ Raptors FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Ursino couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Järvenperä could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. In the 23rd minute, Daniel Järvenperä made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. MDQ Raptors FC were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abelardo Rocendo took the corner. MDQ Raptors FC's Abelardo Rocendo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abelardo Rocendo got free with Julio Vera in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Järvenperä's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by MDQ Raptors FC's Teofilo Adrio. But to his dismay, Teofilo Adrio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 45th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, MDQ Raptors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Ursino to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco managed to reach the ball for a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montenegro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Cosme Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Järvenperä in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Daniel Järvenperä's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. MDQ Raptors FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abelardo Rocendo in the 63rd minute. Teofilo Adrio charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofilo Adrio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, MDQ Raptors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Adrio to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Järvenperä's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 67thth minute of the game Daniel Järvenperä who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Järvenperä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Cosme Francesco stood somewhat misplaced when Daniel Zorita came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 77 minute. After 80 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by MDQ Raptors FC's Hermengildo Ursino. But to his dismay, Hermengildo Ursino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 94th minute, Afanasiy Mozolin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
