Aytunç Talaz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Francisco Barrionuevo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Tunç Akkaya sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akif Akın in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 29th minute of play forced ALASKU TSG's goalkeeper Francisco Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akif Akın in the 30th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Barrionuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Colombia's Axel Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Francisco Barrionuevo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. At last the ball reached Pascual Carballar at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of ALASKU TSG. 1-1. Joshua Garrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Barrionuevo having to interfere. A very good chance for a goal. 45 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Barrionuevo. ALASKU TSG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Akif Akın made a kick off. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garip Kadrican in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Santino Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akif Akın, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute Akif Akın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Tunç Akkaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Tunç Akkaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. 75 minutes into the game, ALASKU TSG's Tunç Akkaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. ALASKU TSG's Boğaçhan İslamoğlu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luis Cazalla, made in the 78th minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Pascual Carballar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 88 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Tunç Akkaya came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Tunç Akkaya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALASKU TSG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tunç Akkaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Tunç Akkaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Navarro to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ALASKU TSG fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
