Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) 3 minutes in the game Moises Gayoso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Julian Murillo. 3 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gottfrid Hedström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 7th minute of play. The corner led Peru's Alonso Berganza to fire away a dangerous shot which Gottfrid Hedström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalie prevented a goal. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 25th minute. Peru's Emmanuel Reyes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gottfrid Hedström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gottfrid Hedström saved ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ from getting behind. The supporters of Peru booed when ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavlos Belesis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gottfrid Hedström. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Mina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gottfrid Hedström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ertan Duman made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Ertan Duman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the game, Aiakos Vardakas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Ray Atkins got a free kick in the 66th minute. Ray Atkins kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Alonso Berganza threw the ball into play from the sideline. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Pavlos Belesis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 71st play minutes Julian Murillo shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Gottfrid Hedström and just under the crossbar into goal. 77 minutes into the match, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milagros Fraga. After 79 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Luz Tejedor. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Besim Vecdet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Besim Vecdet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the match, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. In the 85th match minute, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá Corona to maneuver through the defense. After 86 played minutes ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ got a freekick which was hit by Cacá Corona. In the 87thth minute Peru's Alonso Berganza made a couple of brazen moves and fired away a shot to the left hand side of ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalie, Gottfrid Hedström, understanding what was about to happen, managed to get hold of the ball just before it went behind the net. A nice save by Gottfrid Hedström. In the 88th minute of the match Peru got a corner. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Eliseo Alcocer at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ. 1-4. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
