Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bolo Bolaño kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes of play, Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 5 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bolo Bolaño went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 9th minute, Bolo Bolaño ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 12th minute of play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Bolo Bolaño came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 16th minute of the match. Hugo Orlando Gatti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Tasis in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 21st minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Bolo Bolaño sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Quinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Hernan Quinton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernan Quinton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Bolo Bolaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Bolo Bolaño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Bolo Bolaño put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda was substituted for Vicente Santana. Consejo del Mate made a substitution. Julio Kemen replaced Fagildo Pamanes. The Costa Rica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Consejo del Mate were winning 0-9.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Julio Kemen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Aquiles Cordero sent off a good shot on target. After 62 minutes of play, Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the game, Peyo Fonelleda lined in a short shot 0-12 behind a frustrated Benito Sanz. In the 71st minute of the match, Julio Kemen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Sanz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Bolaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Bolo Bolaño recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Bolo Bolaño showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Puig in the 82nd minute of the match. Julio Kemen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Julio Kemen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-14 in the 83rd minute. After 86 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. A hard shot 92 in the game by Julio Kemen from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. In the 93rd minute of the match, Bolo Bolaño tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Sanz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Kemen in the 98th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Consejo del Mate's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
